How it works

After your request has been received, we’ll ask you a few questions about your skin and current routine (It’s OK if you don’t have a routine yet). We will also ask you to send through some images. Please ensure the images you send of your skin are without makeup, taken in good natural light and include your shoulder tops this is so we can understand your concerns better and accurately recommend product, as well as support you on your skin journey.

Our promise

We'll recommend product that is right for your skin and lifestyle. We are skin-centric and will find out about what your skin goals are, what you are trying to achieve and what you are currently using for your skin.

We can recommend a product and a routine to compliment your current skin regime, or guide you with starting a fresh routine using Lomluxe.
