Return Policy

Returns

At Lomluxe, we strongly believe in the high quality of our products, and want you to love our products as much as we do. Before using any of our products, always ensure that you read the product description carefully and the directions for use on the product label. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods.

We will accept returns on all unopened/unused items if returned within 7 days of delivery minus the shipping costs. Products must arrive back to us in original undamaged packaging.

We review every return on a case by case basis.

Regrettably, we can not accept returns on opened/used items unless the item is faulty or defective.

Cleansers, Creams, and Serums cannot be reused and therefore cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.

Promotional, special offer items or gift cards are considered final sale.

Damages and issues

Refunds are provided in the form of store credit should a product be faulty, broken or leaking. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we can not accept exchanges or change of mind. 

Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process may take up to 4 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
